As of 08/01/2026
New builds at a $1 a square foot. 2 included revisions. $45 hourly rate exceeding the 2 included revisions. 1,500 down payment to get started. When you approve of your floor plan the remaining balance will be due to proceed with your complete set of plans. Anything hourly will be billed before receiving your complete set of plans.
Remodels for a $45 hourly rate. Quote provided for estimated hours. Quote does not include revisions. To get started the quoted amount to be paid upfront. Any revision cost will be billed before receiving the complete set of plans.
We work closely with Architects, Engineers, Permit Expediters, & Contractors. Please reach out for our referrals.
